Attended the longevity event at Fairmont on 15th and 16th Aug 2026 . Met a friend there who mentioned about the golden vial program from REELABS

Took the infusion 24th August – what was given
400 million Golden Vial®️ + 2 trillion exosomes + 3 units of Young Blood Plasma
Was told to stay at home to avoid any infection so that the cells would not get wasted on illness.
24th Monday finished 8pm returned home active slight headache which in hindsight was because of hypoglycemia – was relieved when i ate . Havent had this for over 1 year now. sleep ok.
25th Tuesday had body ache was resting. Took a nap as well but was way hungrier than usual. Had the hypoglycaemic headache which went away when i ate. They said BMR would go up and sure it did . Was eating .. no weight gain . No exercise No sudarshan. sleep normal
26th Wed final day stay at home . No exercise no sudarshan – Observation – no body aches mild pains in the heel due to sudarshankriya. Couple of little aches were more acute. Hungrier than normal no headache no body ache. Did all my calls — did not procrastinate at all. Had energy to pull the whole day off. sleep normal
27th Thu – in office – woke with energy to go kill it. Went and did yoga. Not much aches flexibility improved. Motivation was strong to keep going. Did Sudarshankriya — no problems pulling the day off
28th Fri – Upper body workout – no excessive weights. in office and meeting someone outside as well. Pulled the whole day off without an issue. sleep normal
29th Sat – surprisingly little or no soreness in the upperbody. Energy high — went an did a legs workout and flexibility was extremely good on the back stretch.
30th Sun – pool swim without any NAD . No tiredness finished in same time . No out of breath .. Cracking in the muscles has gone down to virtually nothing other than the neck .
Now to observe one more week
